GM-Modorok Said: During yesterday's downtime we installed different updates to improve the protection of our servers against DoS and DDoS attacks. As soon as the our game services are running smoothly again, we will start issuing compensations. So, please be patient. I will answer a few frequently asked questions from the community: 1. What will be compensated? All deaths caused by the DDoS attacks will be compensated. We will compensate the EP your character lost due to death and we will also refund the Platinum for lost Life Insurances. 2. When you will be compensated? As already mentioned it will take some time until the compensation will arrive. We first want to ensure that our systems are running smoothly. There will be another announcement as soon as the compensation date is terminated. 3. What about another DoubleEP weekend? There will be another DoubleEP event before the the Autumn update is released. As usual we will announce the date shortly before the actual event. 4. How will be compensated? The compensation will be processed automatically, so you do not need to contact our customer support. |
